Prayer is when the mind is one-pointed and man talks to infinity.
Meditation is when the mind becomes totally clean and receptive and infinity talks to man.

Yogi Bhajan was born in 1929 in the part of India that later became Pakistan. When he was just eight years old he began his yogic training with an enlightened teacher, Sant Hazara Singh, who proclaimed him to be a Master of Kundalini Yoga when he was sixteen. Yogi Bhajan began teaching Kundalini Yoga in the United states in 1969. A deeply devoted Sikh, he is also referred to as the Siri Singh Sahib. Many of the practices we do in Kundalini Yoga are connected with the Sikh dharma, but you do not have to be Sikh to practice (or teach) Kundalini Yoga and the spiritual qualities of this style of yoga can fit in with any path. Yogi Bhajan created 3HO (Healthy, Happy and Holy Organization - http://www.3ho.org) and there are tens of thousands of lives he touched worldwide who are involved with spreading consciousness and peace. Yogi Bhajan passed from this world on October 6th, 2004. His teachings live on.
