Join Yogi Bhajan’s first American student and world-renowned Kundalini Yoga teacher - Guru Singh - for an afternoon of sacred music, mantra, yoga and meditation.
The year is 2008. 2008 is equal to 10 in sacred numerology, which is the number of mastery. “Mastery” is when we are the very same person no matter what the surrounding circumstances might be. What disrupts our lives is when we are always being someone else . . . for it is then that we offer no stability. Like a leaf in the wind - when we receive good news we are all a "flutter" and with bad news we are all a "sputter." Mastery, the highest level of human behavior, is desperately required for peace and survival on Earth.

Guru Singh is a yogi, teacher, writer, musician and sound healer. He began studying music at the age of five and studied at the feet of Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, for 35 years. Born in Seattle in 1945, he teaches and works for peace and balance around the globe. He has just released his most recent sacred chant album called The Guru Singh Experience.
